On Day 1, you’ll spice up your chord progressions with chord quakes and sliding shell voicings.
Day 2. Lenny Breau Waterfall Harmonics
On Day 2, you’ll learn waterfall harmonics in the style of Lenny Breau. This delicate technique will enable you to play cascading harmonics anywhere on your fretboard.
Day 3-5
Nicholas introduce you to tremolo and vibrato techniques that will give your lead lines an expressive feel.
Day 3. Introduction to Classical Tremolo
Unlock the secret to achieving infinite sustain with the classical tremolo technique.
Day 4. Trem Bar 101 (Whammy)
Learn all about the tremolo (or whammy) bar. You’ll tackle three different tremolo techniques that'll add movement to your rhythm and lead playing.
Day 5. How to Slide Without a Slide
Learn how to use aggressive attack, fast slides, and plenty of vibrato to give your lead lines an expressive vocal feel.

Day 6. Nicholas’ Acoustic Toolkit
On Day 6, we’ll switch things up with an acoustic guitar intensive where you’ll workshop your acoustic skills through tonal variation and neck vibrato.

Day 7. Music Theory: Secondary Dominants & Diminished Chords
On Day 7, you’ll learn two quick and easy chordal theory concepts to add movement to your progressions through tension and resolution with secondary dominants and diminished chords.
Day 8. Supercharge Your Playing With Open Strings
On Day 8, you’ll fill out your sound with open strings and learn how to create a sustained, cascading effect in your scales.
Day 9. Introduction to Hybrid Picking
On Day 9, you’ll get started with the fundamentals of hybrid picking by arpeggiating chords and working on legato runs.
Day 10. Introduction to Voice Leading
Finally, on Day 10, you’ll learn how to smooth out your chord transitions with basic voice leading.
