Time commitment

If you're looking to get the most out of this course, we recommend the following practice schedule:

• 30 minutes per day
• 3 - 4 times per week

Of course, it's ok if life gets in the way or you need to take a break! Even 10 minutes per day 1-2 times per week will give you results.

The most important thing is that, when you do sit down to practice, you know exactly what you should be working on.
